How to install it:

Place the ZIP file on the root folder of your sdcard
Go to reocvery and then choose the Radio zip you downloaded before.
After the flash process finished, wipe your cache and your dalvik cache.
Boot the phone, or if you are an US Users, install the custom config for this radio below.

Add this to your build.prob (/system/buld.prob or use the app: build.prob editor)
