
MIUI is a custom-built distribution of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean that offers a simple-to-use User Interface with high levels of customization

Installation instructions of the Leaked Firmware (HBOOT 2.16) + ROM
- Make sure your phone is charged to AT LEAST 50%
- Flashing this WILL WIPE YOUR INTERNAL STORAGE, so back up your files
- This REQUIRES S-OFF
- Download the ROM and Google Apps (Under Downloads), and place it on your Internal Storage
- Reboot your phone into recovery (TWRP, CWM)
- Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache
- Flash the ROM
- Once it's finished, reboot to bootloader and place your phone in fastboot mode
- Download the firmware.zip and recovery.img (Under Downloads)
- Open a Command/Terminal window and "cd" to the location of the firmware.zip and recovery.img you just downloaded
- Now type in the following commands
Code:fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
(You should get an error - HBOOT Pre Update. Type in the following commands)
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
(Progress bar should stop at about 80-90%)
fastboot reboot-bootloader
(Wait for bootloader)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot
- Once you can view Internal Storage on your computer, copy the ROM and Google Apps to your Internal Storage
- Reboot to recovery
- Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache
- Flash the ROM and Google Apps
- Once it's finished, reboot and enjoy MIUI
