I've just got my One S (S4) and didn't find the latest recovery .img file in the forum. So I decided to copy paste the link here for other users to find it faster! I am not the developer of this recovery and I am only providing the link for latest TWRP 2.6.1.0 recovery for S4. If you don't know whether your device is a S4 or S3 don't try to flash it!

Put the device in fastboot... then issue this command:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.1.0-ville.img
done!
