[MOD/GUIDE]T-Mobile US 3.14.531.11 Tethering APN fix

I recompiled framework-res.apk from the T-Mobile US 3.14.531.11 stock rom with the apn.xml fixed. This takes care of locked APN's and browser redirects when you tether. The file was something I needed for my own use but thought I would share if anyone else wanted it. Instructions to make your own changes are in the second post.

To install:

1. Download framework-res.apk
2. Move or copy to /system/framework/framework-res.apk (overwrite the stock file or rename the original file first and leave it in the /system/framework/ folder.)
3. Fix permissions to rw-r--r--
4. Restart from the power menu
5. Go into the phone's settings menu to mobile data and reset APN's to default. Select T-Mobile US.
6. Restart from the power menu
7. Sign back into your accounts, Google, Dropbox, etc.
